How to - Origami Crane
The crane is probably the most popular origami model. It has become so popular that it can be considered the universal origami symbol. It is very simple, yet beautiful. Although there are many variations to this model, today I will present the most basic and popular model. Like many other origami enthusiasts, the crane is the very first model I learned. In its simplest form, the crane comes from the bird base, one of the most used bases in traditional origami.
Next, I will list some resources where you can find videos, pictures and schematic instructions for this origami model. From my experience, getting the head and tail just right, without sloppy folds, is the only sticking point for this model.
